Marvellous and fantastic location, spotless hotel in general.
An excellent stay on holidays. Location adjacent to many restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach, Tower 23 and the United States and Europe.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Tower 23. The hotel's prime location right on the beach was a dream come true. The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. Although there wasn't a pool or hot tub, the rooftop terrace provided the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The staff, especially Ryan and Luis, were friendly and made us feel welcome. The nearby boardwalk and pier offered endless entertainment options. we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Tower 23 Hotel is a wonderful hotel. We were on the 3rd (top) floor will a beautiful view of the pier and the Pacific Ocean. The room was very well appointed and had an extremely comfortable bed and balcony that was perfect for people-watching as they walked, cycled, jogged, skate-boarded, etc, next to the beach. Strongly recommended and we would certainly stay there again on our next visit to San Diego.

The hotel facilities were exceptional and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location, right on the beach in Pacific Beach, provided us with stunning views of the sunset. Hip, gorgeous spot right in the thick of the beach scene but quiet at night and their jrdn restaurant and bar and happy hour is amazingly good.
Lighting the bathrooms is terrible.

The location on the beach was very good.
The restaurant is overpriced but the only reasonable choice in walking distance. No breakfast available Monday through Friday before May 1 except by room service, should be part of information provided at booking.

I loved its marvellous and fantastic location!
Location: the hotel was not far from nightlife and many restaurants, bars, salons and Crystal Pier. There was Surfside Sushi right next to the venue. The rooms were new-fashioned and airy with great views.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with its prime spot right on the beach in the Mission Bay neighborhood. The views of the ocean were breathtaking, especially from the spacious Surf Pad room I stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly greetings as I walked through the lobby, their attention to detail was unparalleled. I even received complimentary drink coupons upon arrival, which was a delightful surprise. The amenities were top-notch, with room service, a doctor on call, and even a mini-bar to enjoy. Plus, the hotel's free bike rental was a fantastic way to explore the area.
In short, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and amenities combined to create an unforgettable experience.

Rooms were modern and comfortable. Each room appears to be slight variations on the same theme.
The value depended upon the room. We had a third floor, ocean-front Surf Pad. The first two nights we were over the restaurant/bar. It was very noisy until late on that Friday night (after 1 am). If you are a heavy sleeper then that would be ok, but if not, then you would have trouble getting to sleep. We then moved to another room on the second floor. Better view and no noise from the bar to keep us awake. If we were to stay there again we would choose a third floor Surf Pad on the South end of the hotel.
